The author had a clear idea of of the look and feel of the cover art. The dancers were photographed in studio and Photoshopped to match the cover colours. The fonts were chosen to add to the fantasy feel and to appeal to young female readers.

A series of teasers for social media to announce the book's launch.
I illustrated the cover art and school crest to reflect the urban fantasy theme of the novel. The story is set in an old Herbert Baker building, surrounded by a magical forest, on a ridge overlooking Johannesburg.
Changes were made to the cover for the Amazon edition. This included Facebook and Instagram social media splash.

I typeset the ebook on Create Space, Amazon's self-publishing platform for its launch on Amazon, as well as creating the social media alerts.
The author requested a range of bookmarks in the same theme as the book, which was sold as part of a gift range for readers. I created a series of ballet-themed prints.
